How do I Return/Replace my product?

 To file a Return Request, follow the following 3 easy steps:

  1. Email us your query at support@happy-cart.co.in with the photo of order label and picture of the product you have received. (Please wait 24 hours for response)
  2. Kindly also mention your order id and phone number used while placing an order.
  3. Your query will be inspected by our customer care team, and we will respond to your query within the next 24 hours

 
* We accept returns within 5 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product packaging is intact the way it was delivered.


 How will I get my Replacement? 

  1. Please note that we provide no cost-free replacement if the product is having a manufacturing defect or is having fit issues.
  2. Once we receive a Replacement Request, we initiate the process for the "Reverse" Pickup of the product. (4-5 days)
  3. Once the reverse pickup is done, we will send you a brand new replacement Product. (4-5 days)
  4. Please do provide details on why you want the product to be replaced, and what are the issues that were being faced in the previous product so that we can provide you a better experience with the new one.

How will I get my refund? 

  1. After we receive the return request, we initiate the process for "Reverse Pickup" of the product. (4-5 days)
  2. After the product arrives at our warehouse and a quality check is done, we will initiate the complete refund. (4-5 days)
  3. However, Your bank may take 7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
